PROD-I-589 To merge both proposal and projects

Raising this request on behalf of my client 'Adenza' They feel that both Proposal and Projects should be merged. Below is the mail from client for reference. "Yesterday, we had session with your teams on Proposal Template feature for an RFP. We were given to understanding that Proposal should be created as " Separate Project " Instead of being part of same RFP Project. This is incorrect process. It never happens like this for any RFP for anybody. Infact , The word R.F.P mean "Request for Proposal " Please correct this ASAP and make Proposal available as Tab in RFP itself."
