PROD-I-587 Uploading a document from Salesforce, Forces me to upload document again

When I create a project in Salesforce it asks me to import my documents. In the previous UI, when I would go to the sections tab in RFPIO right after the project creation in Salesforce it would automatically redirect me to the mapping screen after clicking import document. Now when I click import document I have to load in a document to get to the mapping screen. If documents are already loaded as primary documents in Salesforce it needs to be much quicker to get to the mapping screen.

But we have one advantage in the New UI is when you click it on the project, it will take you the Import mapping page instead of asking further questions. But in old UI, it will take you to the section list page where you will have list of options. When you click on the Import it will take you the import page. In the New UI, it reduces the number of clicks when we
