PROD-I-579 Cross-Reference for Tables and Figures

This S4 is at the request of my client, KBI Biopharma. They rely heavily on cross-referencing/hyperlinking to figures and tables. So in a section, they may say "Refer to Table 3" and have the ability to click on that text and it takes them to table 3 in the document. I understand that even if we could have this functionality, the table referenced would have to be in the same answer/description. I'm raising this as KBI expressed that if they knew they couldn't cross reference they may not have bought RFPIO.

If it is a document there will a reference for the table and figures but why are they expecting in the Q&A pairs. So they may reference the table at the beginning of the description but the table is far down at
