PROD-I-575 Enhance video functionality in a Q&A pair

Currently, you can add a video as an attachment. When exporting to Word or Excel, the video is put in the "attachments" folder. However, when you hyperlink a video to Q&A answer text the link is only kept if exported into Word. If you export into an Excel it does not link the video and does not include the video in the attachments. Is it possible to maintain the video link (URL) when exporting into Excel?
