PROD-I-571 Ability to update Answer type for Multiple Sections at a time

This Enhancement request is from Mobileum Inc's Swetha Pigilam. They say that they find it troublesome to update answer types for each section at a time and would like to be able to select multiple sections and change the Answer Type for them.

We will analyze more on this, as there are several option done if we take it in the individual section level.
