PROD-I-1221 Filtering Comments in a Project by Author & by Open/Closed Comments

While I've seen ideas about having comments in reports, it would also be great if we could filter comments in a project by the person(s) who provided the comment as well as by whether or not the comments are open or closed. During the review process, it is very difficult to get a clear view of what comments have been placed and by whom, who needs to take action per the comment, and then what comments have been closed versus what comments are still open.
