PROD-I-521 Expansion of Section Template without Hitting Down Carrot

When users are assigned sections to edit text, you currently have to hit the down carrot to expand and see the text box in its entirety. I thought this may have been submitted but it's a large pain point for potential churn (Community Brands) who say their users can't work in their section templates because their text responses are so large. Can we look into giving a text preview without hitting down carrot?

We have fixed this in the new view all questions page that will be rolled out in the upcoming release this week. Section description text will be visible always and users don't need to click on the carrot icon to view the section description. Thanks, Khalees KV
