PROD-I-519 Expand/Collapse View for Alternate Responses

This is from Edmentum: They are heavily using lengthly alternate responses within their content library. This requires users to extensively scroll through all the responses to find whether or not there is a response they can use. Having the alternate responses collapsed by default so they can see the response header only would help in quickly identifying whether there is a response available to use.
