PROD-I-516 Allow related words sets to be sorted alphabetically

Vizient is currently adding quite a few related word sets to their instance. They are finding as they add them though, that the inability to reorder them is making it difficult to use. Ideally, if the word set could be ordered alphabetically by the first word in the set, this would make the list easier to manage/maintain.
