PROD-I-512 Pull details from files when uploading into Content Library

When a user does a file upload from Local Computer / Cloud Storage, there are some details stored in that file say tags, title, subject, category, etc., which we can pull at the time of upload.

So that users can select thier options based on thier business requirements. We will prioritise this if we get more votes. Thanks Viswa S
