PROD-I-504 New Essentials - missing function for "answer completion", etc. in Project Settings

George and I were testing some documents for a current trial and noticed that in the Essentials Instance the options for Project Settings such as "mark answer as complete" are not available. Request is for a more granular data sheet displaying features not included in New Essentials and to add this feature/function as part of the Essentials offering. We have made available other settings that are more advanced (i.e. Library/content settings) but restricted project settings that seem fundamental
