PROD-I-179 UX2.0: Document not auto-populated into Import from Intake

Previously, after an Intake is approved and the New Project is submitted, the primary document is automatically populated into the Import screen. With UX2.0 this feature is broken, as the user is only prompted to import a new doc and cannot intuitively find the doc from Intake. For UX2.0 once the Intake is converted to New Project, the user is presented with the Upload Document/Add Sections screen. The only way to import the Intake doc is to navigate to Project Documents and View Configuration. This is not intuitive and essentially breaks Intake. It also eliminates the final wow factor
