Allow admin to write custom rules in the present workflow service At present, we have workflow service to manage the project/intake/user workflow to some extent, but if we have custom rules feature, the client can write their own business rules with basic IF and ELSE. We can have a kind of RFPIO query language which will guide while they type rules and they can use our entities like project, business unit, intake, Q&A, DL, users and create rules.
