Allow users to add words and phrases to watchlist. When a word or phrase on their watchlist is mentioned in a RFP the user will be notified. Users can subscribe to have the notifications sent immediately, daily, weekly or monthly. Users should also be able to specify where to watch for the watch words - questions, answers, both, in content library etc.
