PROD-I-65 Export "Gold Standard" Questions or "Golden RFP"

We often have prospects explain the scenario where a prospect asks them if they can provide some of the best questions that they can give to their prospects who is planning to issue an RFP. So our customer would be able to export a list of gold standard questions that would help to formulate an RFP that would be coming back to them. You can sort of do this today with tags, but the export of those questions would require some manual work. This S4 would tie into the other ongoing S4 which is about exporting content in
