PROD-I-48 Not able to download documents from a QA pairing in Outlook

Hi team, I am not able to download a document from a QA pairing in Outlook from my Mac. Here is a video of me trying. When I click on the download icon, nothing happens. Is there something I should be doing differently? Aaron, Tim, other reps, and I have been selling the Outlook integration as if it operated in an identical way to the Chrome Extension for our clients' sales reps to quickly look up vetted information and download relevant, up-to-date attachments (like SOC 2 reports, data sheets, etc.) to efficiently respond to prospect / client requests.
