Went searching for our MSA in the IRI this morning, to make sure I have the latest copy. Typing in 'MSA' to the search bar brought up the following For some reason what I wanted was the 4th option down. Is there a reason why more weight was placed on the term 'msa' being included somewhere within the document, rather than in its title? You would think that said title would be far more important to the algorithm.
