PROD-I-1237 Add Teams, in addition to users, to collections

Hi Team, Illumina is requesting this... It would be nice if we could add teams from "manage teams" to collections. Right now we only have the ability to add users. I thought about filtering by tags, but then I realized you also can't add users to a team by tags so it would be nice to have that too. Thanks!
