PROD-I-23 Answer Library, Annotations & Copy Out Functionality

I am reaching out to you both with a product inquiry on the Answer Library based upon a conversation I had today with Apollo Global Management. I did refer to the product component sheet, so if you are not the correct product owners please let me know! I was asked about the ability to have annotations go along with answer content when something is copied out of the library for use elsewhere. Is it expected behavior that footnote annotations will not copy out of the library for pasting elsewhere? If that is the case, is that an enhancement that has
