PROD-I-12 Custom fields - exclude and all options

Could we consider adding functionality to allow users to exclude or force all selected custom fields when searching content similar to what we have for tags in the screen shot below? (For example, if I want to eliminate anything with custom field x applied from my search? Or if I have a custom field for product and I want to look at content that has both product x and product y checked not either/or?)
