PROD-I-11 Error on Auto-Respond

Hi Team, Opened a fresh instance to demo to Tangoe tomorrow (named 'Tangoe'), and uploaded an entire document to start the answer library. After uploading a blank version to use auto-respond on in preparation, I got the following error messages. Weirdly, it actually does upload a few auto-responded answers after a period, but clearly this is not demoable. Help!
